Shipping Policy

At Plums Lingerie, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 5–7 working days.

If we expect your order to take longer than this, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch date and the contents of your delivery.

Backorders

If an item is not currently in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer as soon as possible.

The average delivery time to us from the manufacturer is 7–10 working days. Once the item arrives with us, we aim to post it on the next working day.

In most cases, back-ordered items should arrive within 10 working days, but please allow up to 2 weeks in case of unexpected delays.

If there is likely to be a longer delay, we will notify you.

UK Delivery

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post.

Estimated delivery times within the UK are approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Please note that deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control, including poor weather conditions in Jersey.

In some cases, parcels may take up to 14 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@plumslingerie.com.

International Delivery

Orders to Europe and the rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Europe: approximately 4–10 working days

  • Rest of the world (including the USA and Australia): up to 6 weeks

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other local charges that may be payable when your parcel arrives in your country.

As Jersey is outside the EU, international orders may be subject to customs charges on arrival depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

  • UK: £4.95 for orders under £100

  • UK: Free delivery on orders over £50

  • Europe: £15.95

  • All other international destinations: £25.95

Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is a known delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
