Refund policy
Online Returns
We know buying lingerie online can feel like a risk — what if it doesn't fit, the size is out, or it looks different to what you imagined? At Plums Lingerie, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order isn't quite right, you can choose a refund or an exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Have all labels still attached — items with removed labels cannot be refunded
- Be in saleable condition: unworn, with no marks, stains, or odours
If an item is returned in an unsaleable condition, we will send it back to you and the return postage cost will need to be settled in advance.
A note on silk: Silk marks very easily, so please take extra care when trying it on. Avoid wearing deodorant, body oils, or lotions. Items returned with marks will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. Please choose carefully.
Please note that statutory rights are not affected — if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the above does not apply and we will always put it right.
How to Return
To arrange your return, please complete the Returns Form included in your parcel. If you no longer have your form, you can download and print one here.
Send your return to the address below.
The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless there is an error with your order or a fault with the garment. We recommend using Royal Mail standard post and requesting a proof of postage certificate. Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will refund return postage up to a maximum of £4.95.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@plumslingerie.com.
Duties & Taxes
Any import duties paid to receive your order are non-refundable by Plums Lingerie. Please contact your local customs department for advice on whether these can be reclaimed.
