Bra Fitting & Product Advice
Do you offer professional bra fitting in Jersey?
Yes. We offer professional bra fitting in our St Helier boutique and fit women every day. Our experienced fitters understand different body shapes, breast types, and support needs, helping you find lingerie that fits comfortably and beautifully.
Do I need an appointment for a bra fitting?
No. We do not take appointments. Bra fittings are offered on a walk-in basis. At busy times there may be a short wait, but our team will always look after you as quickly as possible.
What cup sizes do you stock?
We stock lingerie and swimwear from A to J cup, depending on the brand and style. Our collections are chosen to provide excellent support, comfort, and luxury design across a wide range of sizes.
How can I get advice on bra fit and style?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Orders & Delivery
How much do you charge for delivery?
- UK delivery: £4.95 for orders under £50, free on orders over £50
- Europe: £15.95
- Rest of the world: £24.95
How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all items within 3–7 working days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 2–7 working days
- Europe: 4–10 working days
- Rest of the world (including USA & Australia): 5–14 working days
Can I have my order sent by next day delivery?
Unfortunately not. As we are based in Jersey, the post office cannot guarantee next day delivery.
How will I know you’ve received my order?
You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has been placed.
If you do not receive this email within one hour, please call us on +44 (0)1534 731302 so we can confirm your order has been successful.
Ordering & Payments
Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?
Yes. You can place an order by telephone by calling +44 (0)1534 731302 between 10:00am and 5:00pm GMT, Monday to Saturday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
You can also pay using PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online?
Yes. Plums Lingerie uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts and protects sensitive information such as your name, address, and card details.
When you enter a secure area of the site, you’ll see a padlock symbol in your browser, confirming your information is protected.
We also use Braintree for payments. This means your card details are sent directly to the bank’s secure, PCI-compliant servers and are never stored by us. Payments are tokenised, and if you are enrolled in Visa Secure or Mastercard Secure, you may be asked to enter your password to complete the transaction.

Problems With Orders
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Very occasionally, packages can be delayed or lost in transit. Royal Mail requires us to wait 15 working days before a parcel can be officially classed as lost.
If your order does not arrive after this period, we will replace it at no charge.
Please note: if a package has been delivered to and signed for at the specified delivery address, Plums Lingerie cannot be held responsible and will be unable to replace the items.
Why has my payment been rejected?
There are several possible reasons. Please check all details carefully and try again. The billing (invoice) address must match the address your bank or card issuer has on record.
If the problem continues:
- Contact your card issuer

Please avoid entering your card details multiple times, as this may temporarily block your funds.
Stock & Availability
Why are some products available to buy when they are not in stock?
As a small independent boutique, we cannot hold every item in stock. If an item is unavailable, it is ordered directly from the manufacturer.
This is why dispatch can take up to 7 days from the date of order.
If you’d like to know whether an item can be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), please call us on +44 (0)1534 731302 and we’ll be happy to advise.
Can my order be sent in split deliveries?
As a general rule, we wait until an order is complete before dispatching it.
If there is a delay with part of your order and you would like it sent in split deliveries, please contact us so we can arrange this for you.
