Despatch
We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 5- 7 working days. If your order is going to be more than 5 days we'll let you know. When your order is despatched we will send you an email confirming the date of despatch and the contents of your delivery.
Backorder
Items that are not currently in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer that day. Average delivery time to us is 5 working days. Once the item has arrived with us we will post it next working day. It should only take 7 working days at the maximum but we say two weeks in case the unexpected happens.
Deliveries
UK packages are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Shipping times within the UK are approximately 3-7 working days. Please note that deliveries maybe delayed due to poor weather conditions in Jersey. We can be prone to fog which grounds the planes. Again if we know there is going to be a delay will let you know. Occasionally your parcel may take up to 14 days to arrive. If your order does not arrive within 14 working days please get in touch via email info@plumslingerie.com
Overseas Orders
Deliveries to Europe and rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail. Shipping times within Europe are approximately 4-10 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia can take up to 6 weeks.
Please note that with all orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive your package.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to all UK addresses is £4.95 for orders under £100, free for orders over £100. Delivery to Europe is £13.95 and to all other international destinations will be £19.95.
Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
