Online Returns
It can be a worry buying online, what if it doesn’t fit, is the wrong size or the design isn’t quite what you thought it would be? When you buy from Plums Lingerie you can be assured that if your order isn’t what you expected or doesn’t fit you can choose to receive an exchange or a refund.
To ensure you get your exchange/refund your items need to be:
- Returned within 28 days
- Have all the labels still attached - if labels are removed you will not receive a refund.
- Be in a saleable condition (i.e. unworn, no marks or stains)
If you are buying silk we advise taking care trying it on as silk can stain easily. Avoid wearing any deodorant or body oils or lotions. We will not give you a refund or exchange if it is returned with any marks and is not in a saleable condition.
To arrange your return complete the Return Form included in your parcel and send it back to us at the address below. If you do not have a return form you can download it here. Return Form
The cost of the return is your responsibility unless there is an error with the order or a fault with the garment. We recommend you use the standard post office service.
Faulty Items
If you purchase an item and you find there is a manufacturing fault we will arrange either a repair or replacement. If you find a fault on your garment within 14 days email us to inform us of the issue and post the garment back with your name and contact details using standard post. We will not refund for tracked or special delivery options. We will refund you the standard return postage cost to a maximum of £4.95 for UK returns.
